A Game First Offseason Experience

We are excited to launch the NFL FLAG Winter GameDay Series, a 4 week offseason program built around one thing: playing full field 5V5 football. Every weekend, athletes step into a high energy environment designed for maximum reps, maximum touches, and real game situations in a fun, low pressure setting.

This is not a traditional standings league. It is a GameDay centered development series where players learn through competition, rotate positions, and build confidence by being on the field for a full 60 minutes of continuous gameplay each session. Whether your athlete is new to the sport or already a playmaker, this series keeps them improving while they have a blast.

Each division is capped at 20 players and will close once filled.

🕒 Weekly Session Format

Total session time: 90 minutes

30 Minutes: Quick Build and Prep

Short, focused, and efficient so athletes get straight into the action

• Team formation and coaching assignments

• Player led warm up

• Belt check and quick install

• Coaches prepare athletes for success

60 Minutes: The Main Event

Full Field 5V5 Gameplay

This hour is the heartbeat of the Winter GameDay Series.

Athletes will receive:

• A full 60 minutes of continuous football

• Maximum touches and real game situations

• Equal playing time and position rotation

• 2 to 3 QBs per game to build versatility and confidence

• A fast, competitive environment that sharpens instincts and decision making

Game Flow

• Continuous running clock

• Mercy rule: If a game becomes one sided with 15 or more minutes remaining, teams reshuffle and restart a fresh matchup so gameplay stays competitive and fun

🎮 GameDay Experience

• Randomized rosters every week

• New teammates and matchups weekly

• Different coaching combinations each session

• 10 players per team

• No standings and no playoffs

• High reps, high energy, low pressure

👨‍🏫 Coaching Structure

• 2 experienced coaches per division

• 1 volunteer apprentice coach per team

• Consistent coaches remain with each division

• A complete 4 week curriculum is provided

• Real coaching, real feedback, and a high energy sideline every week

A full indoor field ensures consistent play every weekend with no weather issues and no cancellations.

🗓 Dates and Daily Flow

The NFL FLAG Winter GameDay Series runs on 4 consecutive Saturdays:

• February 28 2026 (Saturday)

• March 7 2026 (Saturday)

• March 15 2026 (Sunday)

• March 22 2026 (Sunday)

Each Saturday will fall within an approximate window of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with younger divisions scheduled earlier and older divisions later. Final start times will be shared once registration is complete.

🎽 Uniform and Game Attire

• Players will wear official Just Compete T Shirts

• NFL style jerseys or pinnies will be used when available

🛠 Mouthguards Required

All athletes must have a mouthguard each week.

Mouthguards will be available onsite for $5 if needed.
